1. Grant of License:
By purchasing a design from Coyote Upchuck, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design in the ways detailed below.
2. Permissions:
Permitted uses include:
- Use the designs to create physical embroidery products for personal use.
- Use the designs to create physical embroidery products that you sell at fairs, festivals, shows, personal websites, or peer-to-peer ecommerce sites.
- Use the designs to create physical embroidery products that you gift or donate.
You may edit the design, but Coyote Upchuck owns the copyright of the edited design and the edited design is subject to the same restrictions of the original design.
3. Prohibitions:
Prohibited uses include:
- Reselling, distributing, or sharing the designs in their original or modified form, whether digitally or physically, without obtaining prior written consent from Coyote Upchuck.
- Using the designs in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Coyote Upchuck or any third party.
- Using the designs for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
4. Attribution:
While attribution is not required, we appreciate it if you credit Coyote Upchuck when showcasing or sharing products created using our designs.
5. Redistribution:
You may not redistribute the designs in any form, whether for free or for profit, without obtaining prior written consent from Coyote Upchuck.
6. Modifications and Derivative Works:
You may modify the designs to suit your specific needs, but you may not claim ownership of the original designs or sell modified versions as standalone products.
7. Termination:
Coyote Upchuck reserves the right to terminate this license agreement at any time if you violate any of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the designs and destroy any copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law:
This licensing agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
